About ChariotStrategy
Chariot’s objective is to become one of Africa's most significant independent oil and gas exploration and production companies.
To achieve this, the Company seeks to develop its current assets through to production and create a new hydrocarbon province in Africa. By securing further farm-out agreements and balancing the portfolio with other opportunities, Chariot will minimise its risk whilst maximising value to shareholders.
Chariot’s method for realising this objective is outlined below:
Progress exploration programme
- Chariot is focused on the exploration development of its current assets. Through the evaluation of available data as well as shooting further 3D seismic the Company aims to expand its prospect and lead inventory and mature additional targets for drilling.

Commence drilling programme
- Chariot aims to drill 4-5 wells through to end of 2013. The Company currently has 20.00 billion barrels of gross mean un-risked prospective resources. Through a successful drilling programme Namibia will become an important hydrocarbon province and Chariot a significant independent African oil explorer and producer.
