Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 February 2010 to shareholders. An Annual General Meeting is to be held at
Sydney Vane House, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey on Thursday 29th July 2010 at 14:00. A notice of this meeting has
also been posted to shareholders and copies of this and the Annual Report are available on Chariot's website
